What to do about repeated sin?

I have been to confession for the sin of talking hateful about someone three times and I still continue to do so. what can i do I’m ashamed to go again to confession for this sin again, I feel I can’t receive the sacrament if I don’t

I would encourage you do continue going to confession. There is no need to be ashamed. Everyone struggles with sin.

I also recommend you pray for that person:

I can no longer condemn or hate a brother for whom I pray, no matter how much trouble he causes me. His face that hitherto may have been strange and intolerable to me is transformed through intercession into the countenance of a brother for whom Christ died.
