Going by the title of his post, I thought that Fr. Z might be about to give advice on uncertain liturgical matters or questions of etiquette. But no, he is addressing unhappy or disaffected Catholics about their complaints. And since his readers tend to the traditional side of things, maybe this is the forum in which to place it.

Of course, as he notes, St. John Vianney has some serious suggestions as well, which ought to be taken seriously.

We have a well respected Bishop and I think I’ll just let him know via a letter~
 
The tips fro writing letters is excellent, but he left out the most important part:
Often, when people are upset, the fail to sign the letter. Those go in the round filing cabinet post haste, and are tossed by the Secretary to the Bishop. He doesn’t even lays eyes on those.
 
Clare’s right. Anonymous letters usually aren’t given much credence. But signed letters? Hopefully a very different story.
