I just downloaded today’s reading and homily in audio on EWTN. At 4 minutes 26 seconds into the audio clip, Deacon Bill Steltemeier reads a very unusual translation of Mark 5:25 that I’ve never heard before! To listen for yourself, either click on here, and the Tuesday homily this week or here, and listen to January 30, 2007

It’s a very amusing mistake if it is one!

What did it say?

He was probably reading from the NAB where the word is “hemorrhage.” A very funny slip of the tongue, I would guess.😃

I heard this too, but I just thought"Wow, I never heard that before", but didn’t dwell on it. But now that you have reminded me, I can’t stop laughing!
