What TV Series do you miss...just for fun

I googled it, and it said it ran from 1963-65, but was brought out again in syndication between 79-85. The ones I remember watching were in black and white (but maybe that’s because that’s the tv my Grandma had lol!). The theme music was different in the beginning, too.

I am amazed I can remember this kind of stuff, but don’t ask me where my car keys are 🙂

I liked Car 54 Where Are You too! Huckleberry Hound was a favorite of mine along with Woody Woodpecker.

Were Pixie and Dixie mice? Don’t remember Oggie Doggie.
 
there are many shows I’ve enjoyed over the years, but I can’t say I miss them because they had their run (i.e. they either ended strong and on top - Seinfeld for example, or their time had come so it was good that the show finally ended - like Lost). the only show I REALLY miss is one that lasted only one season. I became so involved in it, enjoyed it so much, and it got canceled. I wish it would come back. the show was FlashForward.

I’ll agree with that.

I do think DS9 had some of the best characters in the Star Trek universe. But then, DS9 was more a character driven than an adventure driven series.

Even though I miss it, it’s not a series that I particularly like to re-watch.

The characters were great, especially Odo and Dukat. The latter was so complicated. At first I wasn’t sure about him, and then I didn’t like him, and then I started to like him, and then I disliked him again, and then I felt bad for him, and then I disliked him for the rest the series…while I liked him as a villain, of course. I didn’t like what the writers did with him in the last season though. Looking deeper, he actually became the Bajoran equivalent to a Satanist, but I didn’t find him nearly as interesting as what he was like through the rest of the series.

Oh, how I miss the Twilight Zone. They had reruns when I was a kid; why did they stop? They should never stop.

How about this one - from the 70s - Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman. Does anybody remember that?? How is it holding up I wonder.
