The Fugitive, with David Janssen. Great original plot; great stories; great acting; and the first show with a truly blockbuster finale. Loved Barry Morse as the underrated Lieutenant Gerard. I can still repeat the opening verbatim years after I first saw it.
*The White Shadow. * I can’t think of another show from as far back as the 1970s to tackle racism; teen pregnancy; VD; alcoholism; child abuse; and many other real-world subjects - including the need to get a good education - yet still be fun to watch in 2015.
