Just 2? Then they need to get to work on putting the Bible and the Catechism into one volume. That’d be #1.

#2 would be Fr. Ciszek’s He Leadeth Me

Wouldn’t want a Guilligan situation now would we?

Difficult Question Indeed But I Would Settle For The Bible And Catechism Of The Catholic Church.
If There Was A Book With All The Works From Catholic Answers,i Guess I Would Not Need To Take The Ccc

My #2 would be the Imitations of Christ

When Cardinal Ratzinger was asked this question he responded: The Bible and St. Augustine Confessions.

What good Catholic books would you take to that island?

Catholicism for Dummies by Fr John Trigilio. And the Bible itself. Glenn Lego

The Bible, of course, can’t do without it. But after that I would try to sneak the 38 volume set of the Church Fathers as 1 book.😃 If 38 volume sets are not allowed, I would have to choose Aquinas’ Summa Theologica. That way I could get a taste of the fathers in that one books.
