So what kind of Mass would St Thomas Aquinas have attended? He was before the Council of Trent, so no Tridentine Mass ( as far as I am aware ), so would he have attended something more similar to the Divine Liturgy, just with some touches of the West? Thanks in advance

He would have gone to and celebrated Masses in the Dominican rite, which predates Trent.

The Tridentine Mass was not “created” at the Council of Trent.

It was simply revised and many newer Rites were eliminated. The Council of Trent simply forced the Roman Rite to be used in places that did not have their own Rite after the Council.

So back to your question: St. Thomas Aquinas was a Dominican, so I would GUESS that he spent most of his time with the Dominican Rite.

Yes, he was a Dominican.

I don’t know to what extent this is similar to the Mass that Thomas Aquinas would have celebrated, but here is a historical reenactment of a Mass for October 4th, 1450, the 18th Sunday after Pentecost 🙂

NOTE: The Dominican Rite, which St. Thomas would have celebrated is still celebrated today.

Definitely. I believe the Angelic Doctor mentioned his love for felt banners several times in the Summas…
