… so far ? For me it’s a no brainer, but I want to see if anyone else comes up with the same answer.
Me tooEvery single one of those posters made me want to throw up in my mouth a little bit.
I’m sorry. I didn’t mean my post as an insult to the Pope. It was a poor attempt at saying how when I though he couldn’t get better he does.Every single one of those posters made me want to throw up in my mouth a little bit.
I think he meant the awful mass-media cartoons and adverts that portray the Pope as something he isn’t.I’m sorry. I didn’t mean my post as an insult to the Pope. It was a poor attempt at saying how when I though he couldn’t get better he does.

Ugh… When will the media wake up and smell the flowers?Every single one of those posters made me want to throw up in my mouth a little bit.
Who said that anyone is taking delight in excommunicating anyone? There is a serious problem within the Church when her own people take delight in the excommunication of a priest and when the Body of Christ reviles it’s own Pope for preaching an authentic message of love.
A long time contributor to CAF, someone you all know, sent me a private message on Sunday saying goodbye, that he would probably not be back and cited threads like this. . Threads like this make me want to filter CAF on my internet router and never come back as well.

I don’t think anyone here hates Pope Francis’s message; in fact, it’s a much needed wake-up call for those who have neglected to preach the gospel, instead focusing entirely on social issues. There is a serious problem within the Church when her own people take delight in the excommunication of a priest and when the Body of Christ reviles it’s own Pope for preaching an authentic message of love.

Indeed. These people all seem to be forgetting that he’s still a frikin Catholic…Every single one of those posters made me want to throw up in my mouth a little bit.
Sure, we can all pretend there are no problems in the church. Great. But personally, I think that one of the things that must be done is a bit of cleaning up. Apparently this was one of the criteria for the selection of the new pope. There is a serious problem within the Church when her own people take delight in the excommunication of a priest and when the Body of Christ reviles it’s own Pope for preaching an authentic message of love.

I would say his finest moment was when Pope Francis hugged the disfigured man with severe neurofibromatosis. How many others must have shunned this man?… so far ? For me it’s a no brainer, but I want to see if anyone else comes up with the same answer.
It was nice, of course. Reminds me of the story of Jesus and the leper.I would say his finest moment was when Pope Francis hugged the disfigured man with severe neurofibromatosis. How many others must have shunned this man?
