In the first Mass that I was taken to as a newborn … the Consecration.

It’s a little awkward when a question such as yours is asked,
because even if any of us can share a personal miracle,
CAF wisely advises against it.
A reason for this is that discernment of miracles does belong to the Church,
because any individual or group can be deceived
or can offer, what would ultimately be discerned, as mistaken or as deliberate deception.

This doesn’t alter the fact that some of us may truly have been granted genuine private miracles.

I was going to say seeing my children for the first time 🙂

A presidential candidate lost after a supposed 97% chance of victory before the election. (it’s but a joke!)

You can read up on some miracles that occurred at Lourdes when people went for healing. Those are pretty interesting.

When Pope John Paul II survived the assassination attempt on his life, and also the fact that the bullet did not hit any vital organs. No, I was not in Vatican square to witness this in person, but did see the news footage. John Paul II said the Blessed Mother guided that bullet. A miracle? Yes I think so. God Bless:🦋🦋

The first miracle I witnessed was technically when I was baptized at one month and a day old, but my family and I didn’t realize it until a few months ago. The priest who baptized me was a friend of the family and I was the only child being baptized. After the baptism the he took me in his arms and asked my family and friends to follow him into the Church (the Baptismal font was located in the vestibule). He brought everyone to the steps leading up to sanctuary and had everyone wait. He entered the sanctuary, placed me on the altar, and returned to my family at the bottom of the steps. He laughed and said, “He sure looks good up there. A priest forever!” It was only last year that my parents found and watched the videotape of my Baptism and remembered what had actually happened. At the time I was in my novitiate year with the Order and was going on to move on to Major Seminary to complete my studies for the priesthood. We realized that he had prophesied about my vocation. Looking back, he never had any doubts that I would become a priest, even when I was little and didn’t know what I wanted to do with my life yet.
