What words used before presenting host to shutins"

Hi,
As mentioned in the thread titile, I’m EMHC and I need to know what to say to the shutin who is about recieve communion ie,prayers blessings.

You parish should have given you a booklet titled “Administration of communion to the Sick by an Extraordinary Minister.” It is published by the USCCB. That has all the rites and prayers for brining communion to the sick. You just don’t distribute it to them without also doing the rituals. Ask in your parish if they have a copy. All our EMHCs get a copy if they are going to the home bound.
 
You should be properly trained in order to distribute communion to the sick- you will learn what to say in the training sessions.
