Let’s say that we developed time travel. And we brought back Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John to the future just prior to their death.

If you were one of twleve given the privilege to ask just one question apiece to each Gospel Writer, what would they be?

Catholics please make an effort to not respond.

What were your sources for writing the gospels that bear the names of the apostles you chose to emulate?
 
I’d ask what they thought of Paul, the validity of his calling, and whether they agreed with his teachings or thought they corrupted Jesus’ original intent.
 
“Please go through this book and highlight the things you agree with, cross out the things you don’t agree with, and put a star next to anything you actually wrote. Also, which, if any, of the so-deemed heretical books should I be reading?”
