Is the difference between a “Patriarchal” Divine Liturgy and a normal one pretty much analagous to the difference between a Pontifical High Mass and a Low Mass in the Roman Rite?

What additional / different features would one see in a Patriarchal Divine Liturgy?

**“Patriarchal” DL simply means a hierarchical (pontifical) DL celebrated by the Patriarch.

There might be a few ceremonial differences with some churches, but I can’t think of any.**

**analagous to the difference between a Pontifical High Mass and a Low Mass in the Roman Rite? **

Not a good analogy, as a Bishop may ceelbrate a Low Mass.

A better analogy would be a Pontifical High Mass and a Solemn High Mass in the extraordinary form of the Roman rite.

I am fairly certain that a Patriarchal DL would be probably the same as an Episcopal one only with a little more pomp and circumstance to it, depending on the liturgical rite being employed.

It is still a Pontifical Divine Liturgy, and with the exception of more bishops present and likely more elaborate music, etc. the actual ceremony will be very similar to a “regular” Pontifical Divine Liturgy.
