Yep, hot and humid here right now too (northern Indiana). ugh! I’m hoping to be able to turn the AC off for good this season sometimes next week.
Same for my relatives in Ohio. They are hoping this is summer’s last heatwave of 90 degree days. Seventies is nice, nineties, too hot!

It’s another perfect day in Tucson! 😀

I love living here. The bird diversity is amazing. The geography is astounding. The light is a watercolorist’s dream. There’s lots of Catholic churches and given our proximity to Mexico, we’ve been named by UNESCO as the first World City of Gastronomy in the US. 😎 What that really means is that we’ve got tacos. Lots and lots of tacos.

Here in Victoria ,in the Land of Oz, it’s gradually turning into a sea of green all around me .Just beginning to flower are paddocks of yellow canola.Gently undulating, mountain range in view and old Red gums growing close by .We have lows of -2 c and tops of 46c ,but not every year and only for a couple of days.
Wind turbines are popping up in many places as it can have very strong winds .
It’s very peaceful,and I’m self sufficient to a degree.

Thunder storms and rain this am, but sunny and clear now. It is cooler and not as humid either.
