Sounds very simple, but pray about it. Submit to our Lord and ask him to keep you away from sin.
I also keep myself distracted and go do something else to keep me busy. Praying helps when in weakness which I need to improve on. But the best things thats helped me is keep reminding oneself and understanding why being chaste is righteous, especially when discrening vocations.
Whats helped me alot to is just to be involved and active in the church, go to bible study, be apart of the mass. I became an extra ordinary minister and thats helped me so much. Go to confession every week and make it a challenge to keep away from tempation that week. Sooner or later its going to be two weeks, a month, etc. Its helped me and also make taking the eucharist be the most important thing in your life.
We fall, but keep getting back up, this is coming from me who used to be very deep in addiction with lust. The beauty is when you realize what Gods been preparing us for each and everyday. We just offer it up to the Lord

Some form of fasting! Self control over our diet I have found does wonders for self control in other areas of life. I believe there is a reason fasting is such a big deal in the church.
Me personally I like an intermittent fast. Say no food after 6 at night and no food before 9 or 10 the next morning.

Focus on your faith. Pray. Pray some more.
I’ll give you some hopefully helpful advice but I’m not saying it’s the best way:
- Avoid listening to music that’s meant to cause lust.
- Same but with movies and tv shows.
- When being strongly tempted with a sexual sin such as masturbation - Go outside for a walk. Keep busy and keep your mind on something else.

Remembering that this is just a part of life, a part of you, is important too. Yeah God gave you sexuality, and there’s a time for everything, but this is just a part of who you are. If you devote a lot of time and thought to “Oh gee this temptation happened again what do I do” you can run the risk of becoming basically obsessed with it. What about hobbies? What about other people? Service projects? Volunteer hours? Exercising other parts of what makes you you helps, I’ve personally found; good luck!

Pray on this matter daily (if not hourly), attend Mass and Church events as often as you can, keep yourself busy with work and hobbies, and don’t entertain lustful thoughts when they appear (pray ceaselessly for deliverance from such thoughts until they dissapate, then pray some more).
Above all else, don’t dwell on your lust or beat yourself up when you fail. That’s not to say you shouldn’t feel remorse, however trying to count the days you’ve been free from [sinful act], chatting in detail with other men about it, getting angry with yourself over it, etc. is counterproductive in my experience. This is something you want to be wary of, but not always thinking about, if that makes sense. Don’t let this be part of your life any longer - walk away from it and towards our Blessed Lord.

First, at the the slightest beginning of lust run as fast as you can to the Lord and Mary and pray until the desire goes away.
