What's the Church's stance on apparitions in Zeitun, Egypt?

I watched a video on youtube about Marian apparitions in Egypt. However, it doesn’t seem to have the Holy See’s approval, but rather the Coptic Orthodox Church. I could be wrong. What’s the Church’s stance on apparitions in Zeitun, Egypt?

I asked about this awhile back. Because this fell under the jurisdiction of the Coptic Orthodox Church, it does not mandate the Holy See’s approval. So far as I know, the Coptic Orthodox Church has approved this apparition. It does look real, but that may be only because we are used to seeing images of the Virgin. Interestingly enough, there was seismic activity in the area that day, and this apparition could be nothing more than that.
