Is it just because the number of miracles by their intercession??? aren’t both in heaven? if yes, shouldn’t they be called just saints like shown on Revelations?
I think that “saint” is a formal (and for some ) infallible declaration that someone is in heaven. But a blessed can be in heaven, or a unknown person. But this is not sure.

And the fact that when the Supreme Pontiff solemnly declares someone a Saint, then it is an irreversable, and infallible proclamation. A Blessed is not an infallible proclamation (I could be wrong). However, a Blessed who has made it to the title of Bl. then, IMO, they are in heaven. I highly doubt Bl. John Paul II or Bl. Mother Teresa to be elsewhere other than Heaven. **
