What's the funniest movie you've ever seen?

Hands down The Big Lebowski.

Followed by Swingers, Made and any of the Wes Anderson flicks.
 
While The Big Lebowski and Dr Strangelove certainly deserve mention (as does, for that matter, Army of Darkness), Jesus Christ: Vampire Hunter might just take the top spot.
 
Vivacious Lady, an old Jimmy Stewart film, always gets me guffawing.

And, of course, *What About Bob, *with Bill Murray and Richard Dreyfuss.

Also, Police Academy IV. I love that sound effects guy.

My friend and I did not want to see “Dumb & Dumber” at all when it came out in theaters, but somehow we were stuck with it. I laughed so hard and I laughed again when I saw it on TV. My brothers used to quote it all the time.

Airplane is hilarious as well, I never get tired of watching it.

I thought “Shaolin Soccer” and “Kung Fu Hustle” were a bit strange, but they made laugh out loud a few times.

Absolutely…and though probably sacreligious, I’d have to add Life of Brian.
 
Have to mention “Emperor’s New Groove.” Funny! And not just for the kids, either. 😉
 
Hard to say for me.

I saw I’m Gonna Git You Sucka! when it first came out in theaters (1988) and thought it was so funny. But given my increased sensitivity to objectionable content in movies over the last 19 years, I’m not sure if I would enjoy it now.

My favorite comedies include:
Just Like Heaven (a surprisingly pro-life message, and Reese Witherspoon is certainly easy on the eyes 😉 )
Return of the Pink Panther (my favorite movie from that series, at least at the moment)
Ghostbusters (“He slimed me.” 😃 )
