Nice music.

The style reminds me of the songs “Life in a northern town” and “The Love Parade” both by The Dream Academy.

Thank you both for uploading the Jacaranda pictures - I really like them and enjoy seeing the ones here flower.

Rob those yellow roses are amazing!

Another blue one growing in my neighborhood. This, I believe, is a Tibouchina urvilleana, also called princess flower, and native to Brazil.

I was running errands yesterday and stood under a tree for shade. It was very hot that day.

The tree gave coolness along with a subtle fragrance from the blossoms it grew.

Recognize what tree this is?

I don’t. It took me many search entries to properly identify the last flower I posted. Maybe one of our other botanical aficionados knows.

I’d heard of the Linden tree, since its a national symbol of Slovenia, where my mom’s family is from, but I’d never seen one up close.

This is also the first time I’ve seen one up close. I smelled it first and then I saw it second,

There are also lilac trees in bloom nearby and the area surrounding these trees are perfumed by their flowers.
