No. I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was.

I remember a friend making a basic one, condensed milk, vanilla bean, whipping cream.

After it was half frozen, I came in and added Bailey’s Irish Cream and some crumbled brownies.

I ate a whole pint. Had to confess that one.😟

I’m thinking of adding some mango nectar and some chopped mangoes the next time around.

You can make ice cream with it too! No churning or ice cream machine necessary.

Just three ingredients. Whipped cream, vanilla and condensed milk.

There are a few methods, but basically whip the cream and add the condensed milk. Freeze in a metal pan.
Never knew that! Will keep it in mind though for the future - thank you.

Now that’s talent! I couldn’t eat them, just keep them in the freezer to admire

We have had a small break from the rain. Last week the rain was really heavy. I got caught in torrential rain and hail last week after washing the car. Ended up dripping wet.

The spring flowers are already out now, not yet seen tree blossom on most trees except the Magnolia’s are in blossom which they do in the cooler weather. Almost spring!

Yay for Spring !🙃
My goose laid an egg today 😁 the poor love doesn’t have a gander this year…but the eggs are super tasty 🥚 :fried_egg:
One of the hens has gone Clucky,so I’m about to set her on eggs and mark the calendar 🙂

I had goose eggs as an omelette when in Singapore, they were divine and very creamy! Not to mention I was really hungry that morning.

A neighbor has hens and a cockerel, so really nice to be semi-rural. Hope you are successful with the clucky hen.

All this talk of gooses reminds of Goose Neck Flowers . 😉

I hope Greenfields doesn’t mind my butting in - I once kept 20 chickens. Going clucky just means the hen is wanting to sit on eggs until they hatch and raise chicks.

Another meaning of the term ‘clucky’ also applies to women when they go all gar gar over babies - they get all clucky because they ‘want a baby of their own’.
