When am I judging someone? When am I not?

Please give examples: What might we be saying when we are judging someone in a way that falls into the catagory of “judge not lest you be judged?” When we are are saying something (judgemental) that does not fall into that category? I am often accused of judging someone for something they are doing or how they are living, but in my mind, I am not “judging” the person, but only what they are doing. Please clairfy.
