When blessing yourself do you skip your forehead?

Yes I do… and I’m crossing myself slower and more deliberately nowadays. . It helps me realize the fullness of my faith by the actions and words. I have to admit I cross myself faster in a public restaurant. Something to work on… 🙂

How then could it remind me of my baptism, which is one of the purposes?
