When did God create the angels?

After the rebellion of the devil and some other angels, could some angels even now choose to rebel against God?

In all likelihood, at some point before the creation of the material universe, but we do not know for certain. All that we know is that angels existed and that the rebellion of the fallen angels had occurred before the temptation of Eve.

No. Because they are pure spiritual beings and of much greater intelligence than man, the angels made a once-for-all choice either for or against God. Those who were faithful cannot now fall and those who fell can never repent.
