When did I become Catholic?

When I was 12 (nearly 13), my parents entered into the Church and brought me with (I had been validly baptized when I was 7 in a Methodist church and I decided to come with them). They simply sent me to CCD classes for over a month, and then the priest told me that I could start receiving communion, and on a regular Sunday I got in line and received first communion and that was that, and then afterwards the priest congratulated me and gave me a certificate. Nearly 2 years later I got confirmed with the other kids. Did I come into full communion at confirmation? Because that’s how my parents were received into full communion a little before I had first communion.

The Rite of Reception (normally at Sunday Eucharist) seems to be correct, which could have occurred for you before Confirmation but after classes.

Adults usually receive Baptism, Confirmation, and First Communion at the same time. Baptized adults are received with Confirmation and Fist Communion.

You became fully Catholic at First Communion. It sounds like your pastor just chose to let you be confirmed with your peers.
 
yes, that seems correct to me. I went through something similar actually
 
I had confession before first communion. The priest actually allowed me to go a couple of times before first communion.

The norm is that the first communion is after the celebration of the rite of reception (which should include confirmation). The norm may not have been observed. Was this in the USA?

The RCIA Ritual (USA) has some statutes for those baptized Christians coming into full communion with the Catholic Church. From No. 35 those received into full communion the priest is obliged to confirm them, and they may not be admitted to eucharist before confirmation, and from No. 36 “The celebration of the sacrament of reconciliation with candidates for reception into full communion is to be carried out at a time prior to and distinct from the celebration of the rite of reception.”

A. At Baptism. At Baptism, vows were made to the Catholic Church either by you directly or else by parents or grandparents on your behalf. It is what it is. Those same vows were re-affirmed by you at Confirmation.

Baptized children of the age of reason are received into full communion into the Catholic Church and generally should be fully initiated with confirmation and first Communion, but sometimes the Bishop will want confirmation delayed to a later age.

The The Rite of Reception (of a Baptized Christian) within Mass (RCIA) includes these:
I believe and profess all that the holy Catholic Church believes, teaches, and proclaims to be revealed by God.

Well I just was allowed to receive first communion and then almost 2 years later got confirmed.
