When do I stand, sit, and kneel at Mass?

Hello,
Do you have any information on your website that explains when the parishoners at Mass are supposed to stand, sit and kneel?
Tommorow I will be sitting at the front of the Church and I always have trouble remembering when to stand, sit and kneel if I do not have people sitting in front of me. Do we just follow the priests standing and sitting?
