When do RCIA candidates go to confession?

I am a baptized Christian, but not yet received into the Catholic church. Are all the other sacraments, Reconciliation in particular, only for those confirmed? I do know I cannot receive the Eucharist until I am brought into the Catholic church, but was unsure about others.
 
Someone who is already baptized and is being received into the Catholic Church should go to confession prior to the sacraments of confirmation and Eucharist. The sacrament of confession is not just for the confirmed, children in the USA routinely receive first confession before confirmation.
