When do you pray the Liturgy of the Hours?

Hello! Recently I decided to pray the liturgy of the hours daily. However, I don’t know what hours to pray them. Answers will be appreciated! Thanks!

Hi Chris,

Morning Prayer (Lauds) should be offered in the morning at the beginning of the day. Office of Readings (Matins) may precede it or may be offered at any time of the day. Day Prayer may be offered around 9 am. Or it may be offered at noon or around three. Evening Prayer (Vespers) should be offered near the dinner hour. Night Prayer (Compline) should be offered near bed time (somewhere between 8 and 10 pm).

In some countries where the dinner hour is at 8 or 9 pm, Evening Prayer can be later as well as Night Prayer.
