If anyone will not welcome you or listen to your words, shake the dust off your feet when you leave that home or town.

Yesterday, there was a poster here begging people to help him on an atheist fourm. I poked around at that fourm and wondered why he was wasting his time there because the people there wanted to discuss anything but religion.

So, when does a christian decide it is time to leave a fourm like that one?
 
When in your own mind, you have come to your senses that it is a pointless and fruitless endeavor. The only Atheists that come home to God are those that are actually searching for the why of things and they can not find the why elsewhere…

When responses are either repetitions of the original challenge/assertion or become circular. When the interlocutor just snipes with challenges, not real questions. When everything I say elicits another challenge unrelated to the previous answer. When people NEVER acknowledge that something I saycould make sense.

this goes for everyone, not just christians.

Like when does the muslim hamba2han decides it is time to leave a fourm like THIS one?

people who likes to rush against the wave, they love challenge!
