When do you tell a lie with your body?

While we know that the use of contraception between married couples and sex outside of marriage is telling a lie with your body since you’re not completely giving yourself to that person in your entirety, can it be that a married couple who never has sex (after they’ve consumated their marriage from that point on) is also telling a lie with their bodies since they don’t give anything to each other at all?

Common examples of lying with your body would be to give a handshake to seal a deal while never intending to fulfill the terms, crossing your fingers behind your back to exempt yourself from a promise without the other person’s knowledge, nodding your head while saying “No,” etc. If a couple has just reason to abstain from the marital act, either temporarily or permanently, then to do so is not a lie. If there is not just reason though, then yes, it would be an example of lying with your body because by marriage the couple grant to the other rights to their bodies.
