So many things (and more) seem to have gone wrong in the last couple of days, and I’m just wondering, although we live under one roof, is our family a family anymore?

At the moment, it’s pretty much - no meals together, no Mass together (some don’t go anyway), no praying together (but… when has that ever happened before, lol:p), no going anywhere together, no doing fun things together, no talking about things together, no planning for the future, talk of parents divorcing, anger in every conversation.

Have we ceased to be a family? And why is it when one thing goes wrong, something worse always manages to follow it? 😦

Still a family, just an unhappy one.

Being an example and utilizing happiness is a good way to change the tide. Laughter is contagious.

Another simple way to do it is to play a game together. Even if only one family member will play – doing so in a central location and adding lots of laughter will serve to draw people in.

Just don’t play monopoly. 😛 That game cheeses everyone off but the winner.

Try getting a meal together… at least a few days a week. That helps some.
