When does working long hours become a sin?

Heya! As far as I know, it is considered a sin to work so much so as to neglect your own recreation or duties such as Mass i.e. working 80 hours a week. But, what if the job necessitates working long hours, like lawyers or surgeons, would it be considered workaholism or even sinful to work long hours in those jobs where it is necessary, so long as you don’t miss Mass?
 
I wouldn’t think it would be sinful unless it was motivated by greed, or it the hours were causing harm to one’s family.
 
Or unless it were causing major health issues, and you kept working still in light of this, I imagine
