When in heaven, do you feel pity for those in hell?

**it’s about making our lives into a constant search for Truth and taking action in that search that benefits others and glorifies God… even if the searcher has no knowledge of God. **

Atheists cannot be said to have no knowledge of God just by the fact that they want nothing to do with God. They will be held to a universal standard. Those who deny God cannot seek his forgiveness for their sins … the greatest of which is to deny God. They will be in hell along with (very likely) a great number of Catholics who also never sincerely repented their sins.

It is laughably moronic for anyone to think they will get a free pass into heaven because they cannot be held responsible for not being penitent before a God they did not want to believe in.

Is it just / fair that most people will go to hell, and only a minority through the “narrow door”? Or that only those who believe in Jesus go to heaven. Thats alright for religious states within the US, but what about secular Europe and the rest of the world, who believe in lots of different faiths.
Hmm, good question.

A lot of people in my family are atheists.
