I would hope that you realize that you have provided no insight when you consider the OP stating this…**Yes to all of the above, if the following applies:- **
Protector.
My question is simple- isn’t being sexually attracted to someone basically a nice way of saying you lust for them?
The way I’ve always seen it, it seems like being attracted to someone is a near occasion of (the sin of) lust.
The OP has been lectured, the OP has been told to see a priest, seek help and more…That’s not to say I want someone to justify lust for me (quite the contrary) but rather to frame sexual attraction appropriately
The OP does not understand what “lust” is…so to say…

Help me understand how you have clarified the issue, the OP believes in his mind he lusts…now you add Jesus saying so without any explanation to clarify the OP’s understanding, rather misunderstanding…“But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.” Matthew 5:28 (KJV) **
I wish the OP would just answer my questions so that I can aid in demonstrating how thinking can change.
