I have a particular situation I’ve been working through lately, I won’t go into detail exactly. But I’ve taken it to prayer several times, and each time, I seem to have gotten the answers I needed on what to do and what to say, but I can’t figure out when to do it. It’s like I’ve been given the playbook, but I don’t even know when the game is. And when I’ve prayed for an answer to that, to when I’m supposed to execute the play, so to speak, all I get is another round of hearing about what I’m supposed to do. So does anyone have any thoughts on how to figure out when to run the play?

Working together, then,
we appeal to you not to receive the grace of God in vain.
For he says:

In an acceptable time I heard you,
and on the day of salvation I helped you.

Behold, now is a very acceptable time;
behold, now is the day of salvation.

Not everyone realizes that there is a right moment. I’ve had to learn that, and sometimes I still forget. Knowing the right moment requires patience; forethought about what makes a moment right; and a sort of steady awareness.
