When there is no-one to lead; you must lead

Any leader knows pizza is an important part of leading. Well, atleast for teens and college age kids.

Leadership isn’t just wanting to lead or having the ablity to lead but having people in need of leading. Its all about your message. Sometimes, looking to other pre-existing leadership may be better than leading your own. There is hardly a group today that isn’t being ministered to. Children, teens, elderly, pregnant, prisioners, etc.

There is no reason to take on a self-rightous attitude of suffering.

At present I am going through a transformation and Jesus has made me look right back into the past to forgive, look at myself ask Him for forgiveness and then to go forward in love. This might or it might not lead to leadership little does it matter, what does matter is my acknowledging Jesus leading me at present in this way . It hurts my pride rips it apart it is suffering in a form but I told my wife I want this even though.

And Jesus taught us how to lead in all love and humility. He did not break the read He did not go door to door without being asked. He did not ask people to put their money towards helping Him gain popularity. he never went to a higher school. he never studied with other philosiphers,anthropologists psychologists. And yet He knew all their studies and why?? Because He studied the creater of them all, His Father in Heaven.

"He who knows the creater already knows the creater because they are one and the same.
No, He lead in humility and dressed the same.
Yes, you are right we cannot lead unless we have been lead at some time or other. Remember in Wisdome “all is vain like a puff of wind” that is, without love and love is everything from God since God is Love. That is why all leadership should come from and through God. "James 3:5. Not many should be leaders.
