When was St. Michael the Archangel born?

Does anyone know the birthdate and date of death for St. Michael the Archangel? I can’t find it anywhere.
 
That’s because St. Michael the Archangel was not born and did not die. He’s an angel. Angels are pure spirits who were immediately created by God. St. Michael’s feast day is September 29.
