When were the gospels written?

I tried searching…couldn’t find much.

Did the apostles actually wrote the gospels or was it written/recorded down by someone else “according” to each. Roughly what year were the gospels written in?

There is some debate over that. Some say around 70-80 AD, some people say the first Gospel, written by apostle Matthew could have been as early as the 40’s AD. I forget when the last, John, was supposed to have been written. Mark and Luke I understand are not apostles, but taught by apostles.
