For the Byzantine Catholic Church, USA , the Annunciation of the Theotokos remains on Sunday March 25, 2018.9. Since March 25, 2018 is Palm Sunday of the Passion of the Lord, the Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord, normally assigned to this date, is transferred to Monday, April 9, 2018.

Any feast which falls within Holy Week, starting on Palm Sunday, or the Octave of Easter, is moved to the Monday following the Octave.
