When You Found Out

Hey, all!

Ladies, pregnancy question for you. How far along were you when you found out you were expecting? It’s a little disconcerting for me being pregnant for more than two months and not knowing. Now I’m thinking back to my diet and how it could have been better. :S Any stories?

Congratulations!!! Don’t worry about anything you may or may not have eaten or drank. Just focus on what you know now. I am sure your baby will be fine

I found out as soon as possible… I knew what I was doing when we had intercourse and I was ovulating, so I found out 5 days before I was supposed to get my period.

Basically, I always take my folic acid ( you should too - or at least read about it ) even if I am not planning on having a child, just in case.

I found out before I missed my period, but, then, I’m an obsessive tester.

Try not to worry too much about what you could have done differently–just make sure you’re taking a prenatal vitamin, drinking plenty of water, and eating a balanced diet.
