I try looking for reliable information on how to be a Catholic woman, but what i find is just as divided as the secular world.
There’s no specific guide on how to actually be a good Catholic woman, aside for living a virtuous life (Bible and catechism).

Hence why you see divided materials. It’s mostly political/ideological.

Podcasts may be a good way to give some sort of encouragement I guess. Among the Lilies, The Catholic Feminist (don’t worry, it follows Church’s teachings, they have a couple of good episodes about NFP), Abiding Together are podcasts that are geared towards women that I know of.

You don’t have to listen to only things made for women. Podcasts like Pints With Aquinas or homilies from Fr Mike Schmitz can be a good way to get some understanding of the faith.

My advice is to not fall the trap many new Catholic women fall into. They feel overwhelmed and they want a proper, comprehensive guide because it gives them some clarity. This means they’ll focus more on superficial stuff like dressing, their tone of their voice etc, instead of actually growing their faith.

Another good book is The Valiant Woman, based on Psalm 91. It focuses on growing in virtue, nothing about dress or tone of voice, though those things do show our heart.
