Does anyone know where these prophecies (in bold), referenced in the NT, came from in the OT?
"45 Then he opened their minds so they could understand the Scriptures. 46 He told them,** “This is what is written: The Messiah will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, 47 and repentance for the forgiveness of sins will be preached in his name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem**. 48 You are witnesses of these things. [Luke 24:44-46]
“23 and he went and lived in a town called Nazareth. So was fulfilled what was said through the prophets,** that he would be called a Nazarene.
**.” (Matthew 2:23)
“54 But how then would the Scriptures be fulfilled that say it must happen in this way? 55 In that hour Jesus said to the crowd, “Am I leading a rebellion, that you have come out with swords and clubs to capture me? Every day I sat in the temple courts teaching, and you did not arrest me. 56 But this [ed note: that Jesus has not been arrested after all this time] has all taken place that the writings of the prophets might be fulfilled.” Then all the disciples deserted him and fled.” (Matt 26:54-56)
