Where can I find a latin mass?

Never been to one but I’d love to experience it. How would I find out if any of the chuches in my city offer it?

You are in for something very special.

I recommend you find a High Mass or Solemn Mass for your first experience. Low Masses are very shocking to first-timers (myself included, not so long ago) and take more getting used to. Also, you can find the text of the Mass for each day of the year here (it automatically assumes the reading for today): Sancta Missa

Low Mass was invented for priest’s traveling on mission work; it’s very simple and austere.

At our Friday morning Low Mass, the lights are very dim, there is no music (unless you count the bells) and the laity don’t make any vocal responses (well I whisper my favorite parts under my breath, and others do too). It’s beautifully contemplative but if it had been my first EF Mass I’m sure I would have felt out of touch with what was going on.

Thankfully, my first-ever EF Mass was a high Mass with beautiful vestments, incense, and heavenly chant, so I found it very prayerful despite being lost half the time.

Basically, I think it’s harder to pray at Low Mass when you’re not familiar with the missal yet, whereas at High/Solemn Mass you can’t help but feel prayerful whether you’re on the right page or not.
 
Just ask the, priest of the church your attending,he can let you know were you can fine a church,that has Latin Mass,good luck my freind in Christ,may you fine a church that has Latin Mass. Amen
 
St. Birgitta’s in Portland, Oregon. 8:00 am every Sunday morning. They have a very fine priest, Fr. Luan Tran. Excellent homilies. Ocassional High Masses. Friendly parishoners.
