Where can I find a traditional, healthy active religious order?

God has been calling me to religious life for many years, now I feel ready to follow Him. I am a nurse and I love my work, I would like to continue it as a sister.

I am looking for a community with strong prayer life, with habits, simple way of life, healthy community and NOT with all these “New Age and dancing” things. My search has been more difficult than I have expected, most of the active congregations have somehow lost the idea…

Can anyone help me? Is there any “traditional” communities where I could serve God and human beings as a nurse?
