There is no “official” Catholic Scripture commentary, but there are several Catholic ones on line. They are more or less helpful as they more or less reflect the official teaching of the Church. The best thing to do is read them with commentary in one hand, and the Catechism of the Catholic Church in the other. Where the commentary conflicts with official Church teaching, Church teaching takes precedence.
