Where can I find text of a sacramental blessing?

When a priest blesses a Rosary for instance, what are the words used? Is there a form? I heard a priest do this and can’t remember what he said, but he certainly sounded as if he knew the words to say. Any links?
 
I think many times priests make up the blessing. However, there are blessings for all sorts of occasions in the Book of Blessings. You can view it on Amazon here.
