Where is a book or a website that has ALL the Dogma, Doctrine, and Discipline? Thanks!

I’m not sure there’s a single resource to cover everything; I would be very surprised if there was. newadvent.org is probably a good start (use the Encyclopedia or Library links)

The Catechism of the Catholic Church contains an overview of essential teachings. Enchirdion Symbolorum by Denzinger is a handy reference to “symbols” of prior councils and documents. It is often just called “Denzinger”. Ott’s Fundamentals of Catholic Dogma gives a pretty detailed overview of essential doctrines held by the Church.

You’re not going to find one truly exhaustive list, though.

Now what was handed on by the Apostles includes everything which contributes toward the holiness of life and increase in faith of the peoples of God; and so the Church, in her teaching, life and worship, perpetuates and hands on to all generations all that she herself is, all that she believes.
Vatican II. Dei Verbum 8
Read it all in the lives and faith of the people in the Church.
