If you are referring to reproductions that are usually prints, mounted on wood and well finished, then I would recommend the store of the Holy Transfiguration Monastery. For home use sized icons (usually 8x10 = $22.00), IMO their prices are very reasonable considering the quality of both the imagery and the finish. I have several (as does my parish), and just placed an order for some as a wedding gift for my brother.
“High quality icons” may otherwise be considered those that are written by hand, according to the norms of iconography, using traditional materials (e.g. egg tempera paints)and methods. Please indicate if this is what you had in mind. They can be quite expensive, of course.
I’m quite fond of it too! And if I might add, they take the business very seriously, shipment is always prompt, and service is always courteous. May God bless these holy monks abundantly!
Even my priest recognized the logo of the one who made the icons, he says they are a very well known Russian icon makers who would even do entire churches.
