Where do we get good Confirmation names?

Can the name Shealtiel be used as a Confirmation name? I once had a friend at work who had that name, and it is biblical (David’s great great grandson I believe). I have a student in my Confirmation class who wants to use this name but as one of the angels at the throne of God. Through what I could find this is part of an Orthodox Coptic tradition. Can she use it?
