Finding good Catholic woman or man is quite a challenge today. Even going to the Church and finding someone ones age is hard to find. If I had the means I would open up a Catholic Coffee shop so we can all meet and share coffee, books, and Catholic music together. This would be a great place for companionship and spiritual support.

I agree. My mother also has said it’s difficult for a good man to find a good woman and vice versa and moreso when trying to find a Catholic.
There are a lot of Catholics here in Mexico, since it’s a Catholic country. Though admittedly, many are nominally Catholic.
Even so, I know of some really nice Catholic women who continue to be single.
Men have the advantage right at this moment in time, since there are more available women in proportion to available men.
You can meet them anywhere, basically, through volunteer work, work, friends, places you go where you share a common interest, clubs, groups, especially.
If one’s a woman, I’d say to go where there are more men than women, like chess, bowling, etc.
If one’s a man, then to go to women-dominated activities, dancing, say.
Classes of different kinds would be another good place.
You can meet someone nextdoor, a neighbor, as well.
Many times, the irony is that love generally finds us when we’re not even looking.
