I still believe the greater threat for all of us is Islam. It will soon turn to be the “Nazism” movement of this century, and probably until the beginning of the next one.
Godless religions/cult/ movements are condemned to death, since they are only based on theories, and philosophical ideas/assumptions.
Mormons and the like are only known in USA, I don’t think will pass the boarders to any other continent.

I believe people will get more religious at least in the next 30 years or so, as a reflection to the uprising Islamic ideology. We may see “small” wars in more than place between muslims, and non-muslims, before the big one.

I think Christianity and Islam will fall in numbers BUT radical Islam will boom to the top and be for the most part be responsible for the end of days!

Very Interesting question…hmm

Well allot of people including me do agree that Islam is on the rise, and might potential be the dominant religion accros europe, and even streching it,across the world…

And as a young muslim, i can see why other muslims maybe really enthusiastic about it

But honestly, i dont think it has much value if the majority of muslims are not even practicing, or using there religion to inscribe violence like all this appauling terrorism nonsense.

Rather have small muslim population that practices peacefully, than a large Muslim population who have other intentions and applying it to islam, in a violent matter you know

Bahai: This religion, whilst remaining small in number, gained a number of very influential people. As such, it has become the religion of the rich and powerful. It has become a social club. A place to meet and befriend the influential. Its religious beginnings, whilst not forgotten, have been discarded, in the name of its quest for paradise on Earth.

My comment:

Wow…! I didn’t realize I was so rich and powerful…and so cool to befriend the influential!

I must be among the elite.

Seriously… How could the beginnings of the Baha’i Faith “been discarded”? There are still Baha’is in the country where it originated from (Iran).

As far as paradise on earth…hmm…well it’s true that we support things like world peace, equality of men and women and reducing the extremes of wealth and poverty…

I don’t know where religions will be a hundred years from now but I think bodies such as the World Parliament of Religions is a start…as well as the principles of freedom of religion in the UN charter:

Article 1

  1. *]Everyone shall have the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion. This right shall include freedom to have a religion or whatever belief of his choice, and freedom, either individually or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in worship, observance, practice and teaching.
*]No one shall be subject to coercion which would impair his freedom to have a religion or belief of his choice.
*]Freedom to manifest one’s religion or beliefs may be subject only to such limitations as are prescribed by law and are necessary to protect public safety, order, health or morals or the fundamental rights and freedoms of others.

I believe that everyone’s spiritual level will decrease and there will be more natural disasters.
