Where does Satan exist?

Where exactly does Satan exist? Not in heaven. He seems to have temporal power here on earth. Is he in Hell? Does he have a physical body? Is he omnipresent?
 
Does NOT have a body, that’s US ! He is in space / “the air”.
He has archangelic nature but is graceless & on his own.
He cannot kill people or forcibly posses anyone. imo
 
Satan is an Angel, albeit a fallen one. He does not have a body. He does however have an intellect, will, memory, personality etc. As to where he resides. Well certainly not in heaven. He is not omnipresent so he cannot be in more than one place at a time. Although being an angel he is not subject to the limitations of space and time as we are so can likely travel at an extremely fast “speed”. The Bible refers to the evil spirits as princes of the power of the air so it is likely they inhabit the air around us. Just as we cannot see oxygen in the air around us yet know that it exists, likewise I believe with Satan and the demons. We cannot see them yet we know they are there. This is simply my understanding. I’m not a theologian. Listen to Father Ripperger on YouTube as He is an exorcist so should be able to enlighten you.

Although it may be difficult to p(name removed by moderator)oint an exact location, I might go with
“1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC”
 
Don’t you have to have done something to give a demon an
opening ? If forcible possession is allowed there’d be NO
demons on the prowl, all would be IN someone.
 
Not, say, North Korea, or Iran? or China? Russia?

I am no trump lover, but… jeesh.
 
Maybe can happen, parents can do / say things that allow a
demon to possess their child. Read one such story by the
PIME Missionaries
 
From what I understand, a demon has to have permission from God to possess.
 
My priest mentioned it one time when talking about exorcisms. I found it just now in a book I have, entitled, “Interview with an Exorcist”, by Father Jose Antonio Fortea.

p. 83: “Possession only occurs if God allows it. The particular rites that are performed are irrelevant; if God does not allow the evil, nothing will take place. Of course, the greater the spiritual life of a person, the more protected he will be against all these influences of the Evil One.”

p. 84, in response to question number 73: "Why does God allow demonic possession to occur? While this is ultimately a mystery, we can see that God allows possession for the following reasons:

*Possession demonstrates the truth of the Catholic faith.

*Possession punishes sinners who seek a relationship with evil.

*Possession can be a spiritual benefit.

*Possession can produce wholesome teachings for humanity.

Since God allows physical illness, which often brings about an increase in faith, there are even more reasons for Him to permit a reality-possession-that often brings about an even deeper faith. Possession is a phenomenon in which the power of God, Christ, and the Church is clearly demonstrated. It is like an open window through which we can look at the world of hatred and demonic suffering. It is an open window through which we can glimpse some of the invisible power of angelic natures. And the good that comes from all of this normally affects those present for the rest of their lives."
 
These reasons don’t make much sense. Surely there are other and better ways to demonstrate the truth of the Catholic faith than by demon possession. No all of those allegedly possessed sought a relationship with evil. A spiritual benefit? Wholesome teachings for humanity? This is really stretching it.
 
I’m glad humans don’t know where Satan lives. Because, knowing humans, I’m sure that road to it would be well traveled.
